Where are the dogs kept in the day?  All the dogs in our care are out running free 95% of the time, the other 5% is when they are off having a sleep in one of our chill rooms or areas. 

Where do you toilet/ walk the dogs? Every dog is toileted on the hour, we walk to different places every day, this can be local woods, beaches, canal path or fully secure fields.

Can we have a tour of wags? Of course, we are always happy to show people around our space, we do this before or after we open, as we do not allow any members of public in our center while there are dogs here ( apart from our reception area ). 

Are dogs crated for nap time? That choice is completely up to you! If your dog is crate trained and they are happy then when it comes to nap time they can go in one of our crates, however if your dog is not happy in a crate then we have sofas, arm chairs, lots of different beds to choose from along with a mattress in our super cozy sleep room. 

How do yo transport the dogs? All dogs are safely transported always when in one of our vehicles, weather in one of our crash proof custom dog crates, or in a combat harness and seat belt your dogs safety while in transport is paramount to us. 

How secure is your center? Our center is completely secure, we have 1 main entrance and a fire exit, both of which have alarm censors, and are patrolled by live CCTV, along with this we have 4  lots of security doors in place between both exits, to ensure the top security for your dogs. 

How do you mix the dogs in your care? All the dogs undergo a trial and 1 month assessment period where we will begin to mix and socialize your dog in a way that is right for your dog, carefully and with time, and will only put them into their set group when we have gotten to know your dog, bond with them and can see that they are happy, comfortable and confident. 

Do you offer a pick up/ drop off service? Yes we do! We offer pick up and drop off in Bude, and up to 1 mile out of Bude, there is a fee of £2.50 per way due to rising costs.

Do you offer early/ late pick up drop off? Yes we do, there is a fee if drop off is before 8am or after 6pm to cover electric usage, but this can be arranged.
